Title
Resolution vacating a 20' Foot Unnamed Way between Lot and Glock parcels 55-A-254 and 55-A-244  in the 15th Ward, 5th Council District, of the City of Pittsburgh. Petitioners are Robert and Roberta Labishak, who have requested the vacation for expansion purposes.
 
Body
WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of this Unnamed Way in the 15th Ward, 5th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
 
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by any persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
 
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  That vacating an Unnamed Way, 20' feet wide, located between Lot and Block Parcels 55-A-254 and 55-A-244 and between Lots 195, 196 (for a combined length of 68' feet) and Lots 197, 198 and 199 (for a combined length of 70.3' feet in the John E. Williams Plan of Lots in the 15th Ward, 5th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh as described above shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
