Resolution providing for the issuance of a warrant in the sum of $210,000 to Lawrence Miedema, c/o Samuel P. Kamin, Esquire, Goldberg Kamin & Garvin, 1806 Frick Building, 437 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, in full and final settlement of the action filed at GD 08-0798. The case arose from an eminent domain proceeding wherein the City of Pittsburgh took the Plaintiff's residence and surrounding property. The payment represents "just compensation" to the Plaintiff.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Warrant in favor of Lawrence Miedema, c/o Samuel P. Kamin, Esquire, Goldberg Kamin & Garvin, 1806 Frick Building, 437 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 in the aggregate sum of $210,000 in full and final settlement of a claim filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County at GD 08-0798 and charge the same to Code Account 46, Judgments, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub. 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2008 as follows:.
