Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a sole-source purchasing agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with Teleflex, LLC for the purchase of intraosseous needles and related supplies on an as-needed basis, for a three-year term. Expenditures shall be paid from the following accounts in their respective budget years:

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
