Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, for the purchase of equipment and installation of diesel exhaust systems in the fire stations.  The total shall not exceed One hundred seventy nine thousand one hundred and ninety dollars ($179,190) chargeable to and payable from Account 544700, Fund 6100, Organization 250000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Budget Year 2009, Project/Grant #2267333, Bureau of Fire, Department of Public Safety.
