Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public Safety or Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or used existing Agreements and/or Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts for the purchase of communications equipment and related accessories for the Bureau of Fire at a cost not to exceed Ninety One Thousand Dollars ($91,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Account 542700, Fund 5100, Organization 250000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project/Grant 2267160, Budget Year 2003, Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Fire.
