Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to donate certain real estate properties as required for implementation of Bedford Dwellings/Hill District CNIG Application’s Housing Plan and any subsequent revisions as approved by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Section 2.                     The appraised value of donated properties will be committed as a financial leverage to facilitate the implementation of the Bedford Dwellings/Hill District CNIG Application’s Housing Plan and contribute to HUD’s competitive scoring factor of financial leverage for the CNIG Application.
