Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, for the calendar year 2005, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, in individual amounts of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or less with performers, instructors, artists and persons with specialized skills in connection with the Department's recreational and instructional programs, along with an agreement or agreements, contract or contracts and use of existing agreement or agreements and contract or contracts in the event that the Mellon Park Tennis Trust Fund is insufficient for 2005.

Section 2.
