Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $11,470.00 warrant in favor of Geraldine Black, 10 Rodney Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, in settlement of property damage due to water run-off from improper street resurfacing, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2008 2009.
