Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Pursuant to Chapter 166 of the City Code (“Donation of City Personal Property”), the Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, to donate personal property valued at FIFTEEN THOUSAND ($15,000) dollars to Lawrenceville Life Links to transfer ownership of the Lawrenceville Life Links artwork to the original artist.
