Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.

Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from R2-L, Residential Two-Unit Low Density District to NDI, Neighborhood Industrial District, certain property bounded by Idlewood Avenue; the City of Pittsburgh Boundary Line; Ade Way; and Block No. 67-P, Lot No. 168 in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System; 28th Ward.
