Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals, to award, and to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or to use existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements for the construction of a temporary protective structure to be used in conjunction with the rehabilitation of the Greenfield Bridge, at a cost not to exceed $460,000.00 chargeable to the following account:
