Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     AMENDING and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011 by reducing District 3 DPW Project by $1,500, and increasing Hilltop Alliance by the same $1,500, within District 3 Neighborhood Needs as per the “Revised Budget” column:
