Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to pay over to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania the sum of Six Thousand, Three Hundred and Eight Dollars and Thirty-nine Cents ($6,308.39) as follows:
