Title
Resolution further amending Resolution No. 662, effective August 22, 2003, entitled "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment; and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $1,138,681.50, chargeable to and payable from the 1994 Community Development Block Grant Program" so as to reduce the encumberance and transfer funds from City Council, "District 1 Trash Cans", (- $30,164.40) to the Urban Redevelopment Authority, "URA District 1 – Decorative Lighting Project" (+ $30,164.40).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1.
Resolution No. 662, effective August 22, 2003, which presently reads as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations, for operational/administrative expenses; maintenance; and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $1,138,681.50 chargeable to and payable from the 1994 Community Development Block Grant Program, so as to reprogram various line items in City Council.
