Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  Section 1 of Resolution No. 386, effective June 13, 2002, which presently reads as follows:

 

“The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Contract or Contracts or use of existing Contracts and/or Agreement or Agreements or use of existing Agreements for various projects in connection with City Council's 2001 Neighborhood Needs Supplement Program in an amount not to exceed Forty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety Dollars ($48,490.00) Chargeable to and payable from the following Chart-fields.
