Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Director of the Department of  Finance, and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, and provide for the payment thereof, and/or for transfer of funds to the Equipment Leasing Authority, for the purchase of one (1) Toro 580D Tractor, and related accessories, for the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Operations, at a cost not to exceed Eighty two thousand one hundred dollars ($82,100.00), chargeable to and payable from the Allegheny Regional Asset District (ARAD) Trust Fund, Fund 2803, Org. 400000, Account 542700, Sub-class 600, Budget Year 2008, Department of Public Works.
