Communication from Guy Costa, Director of Public Works requesting permission for Tim Womick, a non-city employee, to be reimbursed for his expenses related to his presentation at the Western PA Tree Climbing Championships being held in Allegheny Commons Park on May 19, 2007. The City's Forestry personnel will be participating in this event and Mr. Womick is being brought in by the Shade Tree Commission. Cost not to exceed $1,367.00.

Permission is hereby requested for Tim Womick, a non-city employee, to be reimbursed for his expenses related to his presentation at the Western PA Tree Climbing Championships being held in Allegheny Commons Park on May 19, 2007. The City's Forestry personnel will be participating in this event and Mr. Womick is being brought in by the Shade Tree Commission. He will be making 4 presentations of his Trail of Trees Program to the children attending the event.
The total cost of his expenses will not exceed $1,367.00 and is chargeable to and payable from ORG400000, Fund 2853, Account 564400, Subclass 600, Year 2007, Shade Tree Trust Fund.
