Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Astorino, in the amount of $21,875.45 for drawings for the façade of the Pittsburgh Allegheny County Thermal Building, charging the same to the following account:
