Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of a single payment in 2023 to 2826 Edwards Way Associates, LLC and its’ attorneys McMillen Law Office, LLC, at a cost not-to-exceed One Hundred Seventy-four Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Dollars and No Cents ($174,320.00), in full and final settlement of litigation, filed at No. G.D. 18-007439 in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas chargeable to and payable from Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2023.
