Title
Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article 1, Chapter 902, Section 902.03.A, Zoning District Map No. 8 by changing various zoning district classifications in the Knoxville community in accord with the Pittsburgh Neighborhood Remapping Project relative to the City's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Section 902.03.A, Zoning District Map No. 8, of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change from:

a) From "R2-L" Two-family Residence District, Low Density to "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit, Moderate Density and "LNC" Local Neighborhood Commercial to "R1D-H" Residential Single-Unit Detached, High Density all that certain property bounded by: Cedarhurst Street, Amanda Street, Rochelle Street, Ibis Way, Marland Street, Knox Avenue, Moore Avenue, Grimes Avenue, Kernel Way, Lot 44, Block 33-F in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, Suncrest Street, Georgia Avenue, Duart Way, Tarragonna Street, Camfield Street, Lot 20, Block 34-D in the aforesaid system, Bausman Street, Lot 20, Block 34-D in the aforesaid system, Elsinburg Way and Beltzhoover Avenue;

b) From "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit, Moderate Density to "R1D-M" Residential Single-Unit Detached Moderate Density all that certain property bounded by: Moore Avenue, Knox Avenue, Lot 26, Block 33-G in the aforesaid system, Suncrest Street, Roll Way, Onyx Way, Grogan Avenue, McKinley Street, Alice Street and Tarragonna Street; Duart Way, Georgia Avenue, Suncrest Street, Lot No. 391, Block 33-B in the aforesaid system, Kernel Way and Grimes Avenue.
c) From "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit, Moderate Density to "R1D-H" Residential Single-Unit Detached High Density all that certain property bounded by: Alice Street, McKinley Street, Grogan Avenue, Onyx Way, Roll Way, Roll Street, Lot 270, Block 33-K in the aforesaid system and Tarrag...
