Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the PNC Foundation for the purpose of receiving grant funds in the amount not to exceed TWO MILLION ($2,000,000.00) dollars for the purchase of snow removal equipment.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the PNC Foundation for the purpose of receiving grant funds in the amount not to exceed TWO MILLION ($2,000,000.00) dollars to purchase snow removal equipment. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 0229400533.48311.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to follow regular procurement processes to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said grants expenditures shall not exceed TWO MILLION ($2,000,000.00) dollars, chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in the Grants Trust Fund, job number 0229400533.
