Resolution amending Resolution No. 183, effective April 12, 2006, entitled "Providing for the filing of a Community Development statement by the City of Pittsburgh with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a grant in connection with the 1996 Community Development Block Grant Program”; so as to reprogram funds in City Council from “Open Doors for the Handicapped” (- $4,578.67); and from the “Pittsburgh Voyager” (-$2,000); and transfer these funds to the “Urban League of Greater Pgh.” (+$4,578.67); and to “District #3-DPW” (+$1,000); and to the “Keystone Development Center” (+$1,000).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 183, effective April 12, 2006, which presently reads as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations, for operational/administrative expenses; maintenance; and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $1,116,428.03, chargeable to and payable from the 1996 Community Development Block Grant Program "City Council".
