WHEREAS, March 19^th, through March 25^th, 2006 is the annual Dress for Success S.O.S. "Send One Suit"™ suite drive. Women are encouraged to bring one new or gently worn suit to any Pittsburgh area Dress-barn store this week to help a woman get a new start; and

WHEREAS, "Dress for Success Pittsburgh" is a volunteer driven non-profit organization that helps economically disadvantaged women enter the professional workforce by empowering them with image consulting, business clothing, education and networking opportunities; and

WHEREAS, "Dress for Success Pittsburgh" is celebrating their sixth month of operation in Downtown Pittsburgh's Regional Enterprise Tower; and

WHEREAS, "Dress for Success Pittsburgh" has provided image consulting for more than 100 women to date and is preparing to launch their Professional Women's Group, an innovative employment retention and empowerment program for Dress for Success clients who have secured employment this Spring; and

WHEREAS, "Dress for Success Pittsburgh" is poised to expand its program and be open 5 days a week to serve even more area woman starting this spring.
