Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Department of Parks and Recreation are hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an agreement or agreements with Keys Service Corps with regard to the 2017-2019 AmeriCorps Summer Programs.  Said agreement or agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall be at a cost to the City not to exceed SIXTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS and NO CENTS ($67,720).

Section 2.                     Funding for said agreement(s) shall be chargeable and payable from the following account numbers and in the respective amounts as follows: 11101.53.53901.500000.2017 Item #5201.
