Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements for the hiring of LHV Financial Advisors (David Volpe) an expert witness to testify on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh in a lawsuit with the City Controller at a cost not to exceed $50,000 (Fifty Thousand Dollars) chargeable to and payable from Organization 108000, Account 526100, Sub Class150, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2005.
