Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a license agreement with Friends of South Side Park to plant native trees, shrubs and herbaceous perennials in South Side Park if the community group is awarded a grant from the United Stated Department of Agriculture at no cost to the City.
