Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      That the Council of the City of Pittsburgh authorizes and directs the Mayor to work with the Director of the Department of Public Works, the Director of the Department of City Planning, the Art Commission, local foundations, and the artists who created the four sculptures installed at the Squirrel Hill Carnegie Library as part of the 1% for Art in Public Places program, to restore and re-install all four pieces at an appropriate public location.
