Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The City of Pittsburgh (“City”) is hereby authorized, through its appropriate officers and officials, to execute such documents and deeds in a form approved by the City Solicitor, and take all steps legally required to convey the following properties to qualified buyers in conjunction with a City of Pittsburgh Pilot Home Buying Program, for a price to be determined by the Director of Finance. Said sale being made under Act No. 171 of 1984, entitled, “Second Class City Treasurer Sale and Collection Act.”
Section 2. All sales shall be subject to the regulations attached and incorporated hereto as Exhibit A.
