Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the amount of $41,000 from Mayor's Office Salaries, Fund 1000, Organization 102000, Subclass 010, Budget Year 2001, Account 511000 to the Department of General Services, Bureau of Administration Rentals, Fund 1000, Organization 121000, Subclass 140, Budget Year 2001, Account 561800 (office rent).
