Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and appropriate City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute a termination of the Football Lease dated as of May 1, 1966, as amended, between the Stadium Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, as successor lessor, and Pittsburgh Steelers Sports Inc., or successor entity, in form acceptable to the City Solicitor.
