Resolution authorizing a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh providing for the transfer to URA of $250,000.00 for the Oak Hill project. (Council District No. 6).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of Public Works and City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh providing for the design, inspection and construction by URA of certain public improvements, including street, water and sewer improvements, in support of new housing construction in the Oak Hill project, the dedication of the public improvements to the City of Pittsburgh, and the waiver of permit fees for contractors employed by URA in the construction thereof, and providing for the transfer to URA of an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
