Title
Resolution vacating a portion of Beecher Street from the southern property line of parcel 125-H-68 to its southern terminus in the 12th Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that all owners of the property fronting or abutting on the line of Beecher Street in the 12th Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the Council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the City from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by any persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. That vacating a portion of Beecher Street 50' wide from the southern property line of parcel 125-H-68 to its southern terminus at parcel 125-H-34, previously vacated Monfort Street (vacation Ordinance #94 of 1956), a distance of 185.08', containing 9,254 square feet.
The 15" sewer located therein can be abandoned contingent upon the installation by property owners of a new relocated line in the 12th Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby vacated.
