Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Pursuant to Chapter 427 of the City Code, the fee schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved for use by the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure for permitting and agreements involving small cell facilities.
