Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of Public Safety to enter into a License Agreement or Agreements between the City of Pittsburgh and The Buncher Company for use of warehouse space for Bureau of Police training activities for four (4) days over a period of ninety (90) days, at no cost to the City.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a License Agreement or Agreements between the City of Pittsburgh and The Buncher Company for use of warehouse space for Bureau of Police training activities for four (4) days over a period of ninety (90) days, at no cost to the City.

 

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
