Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1:                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Board of Public Education for the purpose of providing professional services for the 2025-2026 Food Service Program. The total cost shall not exceed SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($750,000.00), and shall be chargeable to and payable from the Food Program Trust Fund from the following chart of accounts: 5000285500.53901.00, 5000285500.53907.00, 5000285500.54101.00, 5000285500.56151.00.

 

Section 2:                     Said agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
