Be it Resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $2,839.23 warrant in favor of William McClain, 157 Midway Candor Road, Bulger, PA 15019, in settlement of a claim in which claimant's motorcycle was damaged by a City Refuse truck, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2001.
