Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.

The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Crafton Borough in connection with the paving of Chartiers Avenue between Bell Road and Fountain Street and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, by the Borough to the City, the costs associated with the paving of the Borough’s portion of Chartiers Avenue between Bell Road and Fountain Street. The estimated cost of preparation and completion of work is Fifty Thousand Forty Eight Dollars ($50,048.00). Funds received to be deposited into the Street Resurfacing Project Fund, JDE Job #4026900116 Account 43141, Fund 40015, Budget Year 2016.
