Resolution providing for the issuance of a $175,000.00 warrant in favor of Caroselli, Beachler, McTiernan & Conboy, on behalf of the Estate of Deron Grimmitt, Sr. 312 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, in full and final settlement of the action filed at CA 99-049298-4911 in which Deron Grimmitt Sr. was killed on or about December 21, 1998, in the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $175,000.00 warrant in favor of Caroselli, Beachler, McTiernan & Conboy, on behalf of the Estate of Deron Grimmitt, Sr. to be distributed as follows: $117,750.00 to the Estate of Deron Grimmitt subject to the condition that no payments may be made to Curtis Grimmitt except for a total payment of $8,500.00 to be made on Curtis' behalf in payment of Curtis' negotiated medical expenses; and $57,250 till be deposited into a court-approved bank account from which disbursements will be made to and on behalf of Deron Grimmitt, Jr. in full and final settlement of the action filed at CA 99-0429, wherein Deron Grimmitt, Sr. was killed on or about December 28, 1998 in the City of Pittsburgh, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2003.
