Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with STV Incorporated for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering phase of the McArdle Bridge over East Sycamore project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Three Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Five Dollars and Four Cents ($378,345.04), reimbursable at 100%.
