Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Carnegie-Mellon University, on behalf of the Institute for the Study of Information Technology and Society, in the amount of $1,500 in payment for a citizens participation electronic forum for Council District 8, chargeable to and payable from Account 526125, Sub-Class 150 Miscellaneous Services, Fund 1000, Organization 101180, Budget Year 2002.
