Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Human Resources and Civil Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Pittsburgh Regional Transit to allow the City to participate in the PRTner Pass program for a one-year pilot for calendar year 2026, at a cost not to exceed Two Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($275,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the following account, subject to City Council appropriation in future budget years:
11101.109000.52.52111.2026 $275,000.00
Section 2. Said agreement or agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
