Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Don's Catering Service in the amount of $9,262.50 for services provided the joint operations center for events leading up to and inclusive of the 2006 Major League Baseball All-Star Game, chargeable to Account 525500, Fund 2463, Organization 213000, Sub-class 600, Budget Year 2006.
