BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.  The Clerk of the City of Pittsburgh is authorized and directed to request that the Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh School District adopt identical language to the proposed Supplement to the Pittsburgh Code, Title II, Fiscal Article IX, Property Taxes, Chapter 263, Real Property Tax and Exemption, Section 263.02, Payment Options, Discount and Delinquency Penalty by adding Subsection (d), appeal of a county-wide reassessment.
