Title
Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article 1, Chapter 902, Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps No. 10, 11 and 16 by changing various zoning district classifications in the Highland Park community in accord with the Pittsburgh Neighborhood Remapping Project relative to the City's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps No. 10, 11 and 16, of the Pittsburgh Code are hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications:

1. From "RM-M Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to "R3-L" Residential Three Unit, Low Density all that certain property bounded by: Stanton Avenue, Heths Avenue, Springer Way and Samantha Way, 11th Ward.

2. From "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density and "R2-L" Residential Two Unit, Low Density to "R1D-H" Residential Single Unit Attached, High Density all that certain property bounded by: Springer Way, Heths Avenue, Hampton Street, lot number 65, block 82-K in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, lot number 187, block 82-F in the aforesaid system, King Avenue, lots numbered 150, 152, 154, 157, 160, 161, 162 and 163, block 82-K in the aforesaid system, Hampton Street, North Negley Avenue, Wellesley Avenue, Samantha Way, 11th Ward.

3. From "R2-L" Residential Two Unit Low Density to "R1A-M" Residential Single Unit Detached Moderate Density all that certain property bounded by: King Avenue, lots numbered 75 and 65, block 82-K in the aforesaid system, lot numbered 63, block 82-F in the aforesaid system, Bryant Street, lot number 92, block 82-F in the aforesaid system, Cordova Road, 11th Ward.

4. From "R2-L" Residential Two Unit Low Density to "R1D-L" Residential Single Unit Detached Low Density all that certain property bounded by: Bryant Street, the "PO" Zoning District boundary line located east of Heths A...
