Resolution authorizing a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh providing for the transfer to URA of $290,821.00 for the Nine Mile Run Project. (Council District 5)

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of Public Works and Engineering and Construction are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh providing for the design, inspection and construction by URA of certain public improvements to implement the Nine Mile Run development, including earthwork and drainage work in the area of Commercial Road and construction of the Phase 3 entrance of Summerset at Frick Park, the dedication of the public improvements to the City of Pittsburgh, and the waiver of permit fees for contractors employed by URA in the construction thereof, and providing for the transfer to URA of an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty One Dollars ($290,821.00), chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
