Resolution amending Resolution No. 673, effective November 2, 2001, entitled, "Providing for an Agreement(s) for the provision of operating support to the following Community Based Organizations undertaking community economic development activities: Lawrenceville Corporation, South Side Local Development Company, Mt. Washington Community Development Corporation, North Side Civic Development Council and West End Elliott Joint Project (aka West Pittsburgh Partnership) at a cost not to exceed $8,379.90," so as to increase the funding amount by $1,305.00 for a total not to exceed $9,684.90.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 673 effective November 2, 2001 which currently reads:
The Mayor and the Director of City Planning on behave of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following Community Based Organizations for the provisions of operating support in undertaking community economic development activities: Lawrenceville Corporation, South Side Local Development Company, Mt. Washington Community Development Corporation, North Side Civic Development Council and West End Elliott Joint Project (aka West Pittsburgh Partnership) at a cost not to exceed $8,379.90 chargeable to and payable from the Community Based Trust Fund as follows: 566100-2810-110000-600-N/A-2001.
