Resolution authorizing the Mayor’s Office to enter a one-year mini reimbursement agreements for the 2023 Love Your Block program at a cost not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000).

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor’s Office, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to utilize funding for one year budgeted in the City of Pittsburgh 2023 Operating Budget in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000).
Section 2. The Mayor’s Office, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into mini reimbursement agreements with qualified nonprofit organizations to carry out block revitalization projects. The mini-grant reimbursement agreements shall be awarded in amounts not to exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500) as indicated in Section 4 below.
Section 3. The mini reimbursement agreements will be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and shall contain such other terms and conditions as may be in the best interest of the City. All reimbursements shall be made to groups through the mini-grant reimbursement agreements. All monies shall be paid from JDE account number 11101.102000.58.58101.2023
Section 4. The selected qualified nonprofits that will complete Love Your Block projects are listed in the table below:
