Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $65,000.00 warrant in favor of Equity Once, Inc. c/o Peter E. Meltzer, Esquire, Law Offices of Meltzer and Associates, PC, 1600 Locust Street, Suite 200, Philadelphia, PA  19103, in final settlement of a lawsuit filed at 06-3232 in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2007.
