Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Chief of Police behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into contract or contracts, or use of existing contract or contracts, or agreement or agreements, to purchase computers, mobile data computers, warranties, mounting equipment and accessories at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
