Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Article One, Chapter 902 Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps Nos. 11 and 12 by changing various zoning district classifications in the Bloomfield neighborhood in accord with Map Pittsburgh: Zoning for your Neighborhood, the city's zoning re-mapping project relative to the city's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps Nos. 11 and 12 of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications. Throughout this ordinance, map, block and lot numbers are used to identify properties; in all cases they are derived from the Allegheny County Block and Lot System and will be represented in the standard format of map number - block number - lot number.

1. From R2-M, Residential Two-Unit Moderate Density, to LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial, all certain properties designated as 50-S-282, 50-S-283-A, and 50-S-253.

2. From RM-M, Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density, to LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial, all certain properties bounded by 49-M-134, Penn Avenue, 49-M-125, and Comrie Way.

3. From RM-M, Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density, to R1A-VH, Residential Single-Unit Attached Very High Density, all certain property bounded by Woolslayer Way, Comrie Way, Pearl Street, Torley Street, Friendship Avenue, Howley Street, 49-M-319, 49-M-282, Milgate Street, 49-M-289, 49-M-290, 49-M-290-A, 49-M-291, 49-M-292, 49-M-293, 49-M-294, 49-M-295, 49-M-296-B, 49-M-296-A, 49-M-297, 49-M-298, 49-M-300, 49-M-302, 49-S-1, 49-S-3, Main Street, Howley Street, 49-R-191, Clement Way, Fisk Street, Howley Street, and 40th Street.
